90 DAYS FREE NO CREDIT CHECK FINANCING

You can finance up to $5,000 in attorney's fees every 90 days. This is done by writing as many checks as you want to be paid to the law firm during those 90 days. You can finance another $5000 in attorney's fees after the first 90 days and do the same every 90 days thereafter. The maximum that you can write a check for is $2500. All of the checks are made on the first day of the financing agreement: the first one is dated for that day and the rest for when you want your account to be deducted during the 90 days. There is NO charge for the financing. THEREFORE, YOU DO NOT PAY ANY MORE FOR LEGAL SERVICES THAT IF YOU WOULD HAVE PAID UNDER OUR STANDARD METHOD OF PAYMENT. The first check cannot be for less than 10% of the total financed amount. You must have a source of income and valid U.S. driver license or state issued I.D. Your approval in this program depends on your check writing history NOT YOUR CREDIT SCORE OR HISTORY.
